YOGA FOR ADULTS
Gina offers on-going classes and private yoga instruction. Her class incorporates: breath, intuition, devotion, physical postures meditation, deep relaxation, positive intention, dance, mantra and song. Her main focus is the opening of the heart and how the breath can enter the heart with love.

YOGA FOR TEENS
Gina has been working with and teaching teenagers yoga for the last nine years. She has worked with teens privately, in yoga class settings and at many different Middle Schools and High Schools.

Ages 12 and up are welcome in Gina's Classes.
