YOGA FOR CHILDREN
Gina's method of teaching incorporates her original music, yoga, storytelling, meditation, breathwork, dancing, lots of love, laughter, and imagination. She is a certified yoga teacher and received her training at the Temple of Kriya Yoga and Spirit Rising Yoga of Chicago.
Yoga is an amazing outlet for children. Yoga allows children to redirect their energy in a positive way.

YOGA FOR TEENS
Gina has been working with and teaching teenagers yoga for the last nine years. She has worked with teens privately, in yoga class settings and at many different High Schools.
Ages 12 and up are welcome in Gina's Classes.
